2. Placing an Order

- Design preferences

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Creatocard is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.
3. Design and Customization
Our invitations are customized according to the information and requirements provided by the customer.
Design elements may include:
- Colors
- Fonts
- Text
- Photographs
- Illustrations
- Backgrounds
- Music
- Animations
- Other creative elements
The final design may vary slightly from examples, reference images, or descriptions due to differences in screen displays, design requirements, or creative execution.
4. Customer-Provided Photos and Content
Customers may provide photographs, videos, names, logos, text, music, or other content for use in their invitation.
The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to provide and use such content.
Creatocard is not responsible for copyright, ownership, privacy, or other legal issues arising from content supplied by the customer.
Customers should ensure that all names, spellings, dates, addresses, photographs, and other details provided to us are correct before approving the final design.
5. Design Proof and Approval
Where applicable, Creatocard may provide a design preview or proof before final delivery.
Customers are responsible for carefully checking the preview for:
- Names and spellings
- Dates
- Time
- Venue
- Contact details
- Photographs
- Other event information
Once the customer approves the design, Creatocard may proceed with final delivery.
Creatocard is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved design and were not reported by the customer before final delivery.
6. Revisions
We may provide revisions according to the package or service selected by the customer.
Revisions may include reasonable changes to text, colors, photographs, or other design elements.
Major changes, complete redesigns, or changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.
The number of revisions included may vary depending on the service or package purchased.
7. Payments
Payment must be made according to the price and payment terms communicated by Creatocard before or during the order process.
An order may not be started or delivered until the required payment has been received.
Prices may vary depending on:

- Delivery format

Creatocard reserves the right to change its prices or service offerings at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed unless additional work is requested.
8. Delivery
Digital invitations will generally be delivered electronically through methods such as:
- Downloadable digital files
- Other agreed digital communication methods
Delivery time depends on the type and complexity of the design, customer response time, revisions, and the information provided by the customer.
Delays may occur if required information, photographs, approvals, or responses are not provided on time.
Creatocard provides digital services and does not guarantee physical delivery unless a separate physical product or delivery service has been specifically agreed upon.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Because digital invitations are customized specifically for individual customers, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the stage of the order.
Once significant design work or customization has started, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.
If an order is cancelled before design work begins, any applicable refund will be considered based on the circumstances and payment processing charges, if any.
After the final customized invitation has been delivered or approved, refunds may generally not be available.
Any refund request should be communicated to Creatocard as soon as possible.
10. Changes After Final Approval
Once the customer approves the final invitation, any additional changes may be treated as a new revision request and may incur additional charges.
Customers should carefully review the final proof before providing approval.
11. Intellectual Property
Creatocard retains ownership of its original design concepts, templates, layouts, graphics, illustrations, and other creative elements created by Creatocard, except for content supplied by the customer or third-party materials used under applicable licenses.
Customers receive permission to use the completed invitation for their intended personal or event-related purposes.
Customers may not resell, reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of Creatocard’s original templates or design assets without written permission.
12. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless otherwise agreed, Creatocard may use completed invitation designs, previews, or selected design elements in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials to showcase its work.
If a customer does not want their customized invitation or personal photographs to be used for promotional purposes, they may contact us and request otherwise.
13. Third-Party Materials
Some designs may contain fonts, music, stock graphics, illustrations, icons, or other third-party materials.
Such materials may be subject to the terms and licenses of their respective owners.
Creatocard does not claim ownership of third-party materials that are used under applicable licenses or permissions.
14. Website Use
You agree to use creatocard.com only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
